Doula Services
- Services include several prenatal appointments , one primary caregiver visit, the labor and delivery experience and several postpartum visits.

~ discussion of skills & tools used during childbirth

- Childbirth includes
~ 24 hour support two weeks before and after due date
~ doula support during the labor and birth
- Postpartum visits include
~ information on postpartum healing & newborn care
~ breastfeeding support
~ conversation about your birth experience
~ evaluation of doula services
